Flyaway Indoor Skydiving gives you the experience of flying without the fear of jumping from a plane or falling out of the sky. At Flyaway, America’s first vertical wind tunnel, you can break the bonds of gravity and body fly. Flyaway Indoor Skydiving gives you the chance to test your skills of human flight during a single flight session. Each year, thousands achieve the dream of body flight in America’s first indoor skydiving facility in Pigeon Forge. No experience is necessary, we teach you all you need to know to body fly indoors.
The Indoor Skydiving Experience
All Flyers attend a 15-minute training class where body control techniques and safety procedures are discussed. Next Flyers receive a suit, helmet, and other safety equipment. Following a short review of the basics of indoor skydiving, a group of five flyers then enters the wind tunnel with their instructor. Participants take turns flying during a 15-minute indoor skydiving session. Each individual receives approximately three minutes of airtime.

My teens loved this experience!!! It’s a short exercise but gives them a close to the feeling of a skydive that they can’t get until they turn 18. I do not recommend purchasing the video they offer it is shot from the top so you cannot see expressions just the tricks they do. You can take pictures fro the observation deck.

My Children loved this activity. THe staff was great and took their time to make sure the kids understood how to move when "flying". We purchased the Video and my son (10 years old) watches it all the time.

This definitely fit the bill! It was SO much fun! At first we were all nervous, but Dylan (our instructor) was amazing and funny and helped us all to feel much more comfortable about it so we could relax and enjoy the experience. 5/5 recommend, especially with Dylan as the instructor!
